6th Weather Squadron (Mobile) providing
upper air weather support and sferics network support to many and various
important projects. My three year stay started in Spring of '61, shortly after I
had my first TDY (Temporary Duty) on a sferics station in Greenville, MS
followed by many other projects. 6th Weather was the most rewarding work in my
eight year Air Force career. Pictures of other 6th Weather projects are on other
pages.
